Snow Much Fun

Hello!  Today's card has a little sparkle to it.  I bought some Glimmer paper quite a while ago and finally put it to use.  (Actually, I'm quite impressed that I've used within the same quarter that I ordered it!!  lol)  We also used it at my last stamp class and it was a big hit.  Everyone likes a bling and it's much easier to work with than glitter, and I love how strong/sturdy the paper is too.
The snowball is filled in with Dazzling Details and the stocking is mounted with Dimensionals.

Supplies:
Stamp Sets:  Snow Much Fun, Jolly Bingo Bits
Paper:  Marina Mist, Whisper White, Crumb Cake, Silver Glimmer
Ink:  Jet Black Stazon, Pumpkin Pie, Basic Gray, Crumb Cake, Marina Mist, White Stazon
Extras:  Blender Pen, Dimensionals, Red Sticky Tape

Thanks for stopping by!

Jolly Bingo Bits Tree

Hi, it's going to be a quick post today.  I made this card using the Jolly Bingo Bits stamp set.
After stamping each image I punched them out with my 1" circle and mounted them onto a 1 1/4" Scallop Circle punch with a Demensional.  I used the Modern Label punch for the "Merry Christmas" and you can't see, but the tree trunk was run through the Big Shot with the Woodgrain embossing folder.

Thanks a lot for stopping by!

I embossed the card base with the retired Snow Burst embossing folder.  I used ink pads and a blender pen to color the tree.  It didn't show up in the photo, but I did use Dazzling Details on the snow lines at the base of the tree.

Paper:  Gumball Green, Real Red, Whisper White
Ink:  Jet Black Stazon, Gumball Green, Real Red, and other Misc. stamp pads to color the ornaments

Hello!  I have so very much to be thankful for and one of those things is that each of you stop by to visit my blog.  I cannot begin to tell you how much it means to me.  Thank you so very much!  This is the Thanksgiving card I made for my parents.  (I'm glad you liked it Mom!)
The pumpkin is made with three 1 1/4" circle punches that were run through the Big Shot with the Stripes Embossing folder.  I used the same leaf and acorn combination on an earlier project and like it so much I decided to use it again.  They were made with the Autumn Accents die.

            Core'dinations
Punches:  1 1/4" Circle, Scallop Oval

Snowflakes

Hi!  I love the simplicity of today's card.
I embossed the punched snowflakes with the Chevron Folder.

For years I have had my container of Heat & Stick Powder and I finally pulled it out to use with Dazzling Diamonds Glitter.  I stamped the snowflake image with VersaMark ink, applied the Heat & Stick Powder, heated it with my heat tool, added the glitter and then used my heat tool again.  It works great!

Supplies;
Stamp Set:  More Merry Messages, Four Seasons
Paper:  Whisper White, Baja Breeze
Ink:  VersaMark, Baja Breeze
Punch:  Jumbo Snowflake (retired)
Extras:  Heat Tool, Dazzling Diamonds, Heat & Stick Powder, Sponge, Mini Brad, Big Shot, Chevron
             Embossing Folder

Hello.  Today's card is another made with the Winter Memories stamp set.  I really need to get going on my Christmas cards.  I realized the other day that I only have 15 made!  Yikes, I usually like to get mine mailed early so I better get busy!
Again I used Dazzling Details to add a little glimmer to the card.  The card base is embossed with the retired Snow Burst embossing folder ( I just can't stop using it, sorry).

Supplies
Stamp Set:  Winter Memories
Paper:  Midnight Muse, Cherry Cobbler, Water Color Paper
Ink:  Jet Black Stazon, Midnight Muse, Basic Gray, Old Olive, Soft Suede, Cherry Cobbler, Elegant

Punched Wreath

Hi!  Today's card has a wreath on it that was made with the Stampin' Up! scallop circle punches.  I really am getting a lot of use out of the new 1 1/4" Scallop Circle punch, which is what I used to punch out the center of the wreath.
I used the Square Lattice embossing folder on the wreath and the Vintage Wallpaper folder on the card base.  I really like the simplicity of this card.  I have to say that in person this card is very pretty, it was a gloomy day here in Wisconsin when I took the photo!
The berries were punched with an old paper punch I have.  Pearls or Rhinestones colored with a red Sharpie might look nice too.  I'll have to try that next time!

Supplies
Stamp Set:  More Merry Messages
Paper:  Real Red, Gumball Green, Whisper White
Ink:  Gumball Green
Punches:  1 1/4", 1 3/4"& 2 3/8" Scallop Circle
Extras:  Big Shot, Square Lattice & Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folders, retired White Ribbon,
             Dimensionals

Have a terrific day and thanks for stopping by!

I cut three strips of Be of Good Cheer DSP for the diagonal stripe.  Love, love, love that paper!

Snowman Tag Card

Hello!  I liked the Two Tag Die snowmen candy holders that I made so much that I decided to make a card too.  This time though I colored Rhinestone and Pearl Basic Jewels with a black Sharpie to use for the eyes, mouth and buttons.  This is really my kind of card, I love it!!

More Winter Memories

Hello!  Today I have another Christmas card made with the Winter Memories stamp set.  I really like the way the paper piercing looks.  I need to use this more often on my cards!  I buy stuff all the time and then I don't use it! I guess that's what happens when you buy too much stuff...what am I saying??  How can you resist buying all the cool stuff that Stampin' Up! has??
I used silver embossing powder and the Heat Tool on the sentiment. I've never been a huge heat embosser, but lately I've been doing more of it, I love the feel and look of it.
Dazzling Details adds just the right amount of sparkle to this card.  I bet you all can guess how I colored the image...that's right my blender pen and ink pads!

Supplies
Stamp Set:  Winter Memories
Paper:  Midnight Muse, Whisper White
Ink:  Gumball Green, Soft Suede, Midnight Muse, Basic Gray, Primerose Petals, Raspberry Ripple
Extras:  Silver embossing powder, Heat Tool, Big Shot, Apothecary Accents Framelits, Snow burst

Fall Scrapbook Pages

Hello!  It has been forever since I've done any scrapbooking and thought I better get a couple of pages done for my fall photos!  I'm really very pleased with how these have turned out.  I really like my photos to be the main focus of my page, so I tend to keep them clean and simple.
Here's the left page.  I made the pumpkin by running a piece of Tangerine Tango card stock through my Big Shot using the Stripes Embossing folder,  then I punched out three Large Ovals and glued them together.  The vine at the top was made with some unraveled Gumball Green Sweater Trim.  Don't you love the Morning Post Alphabet letters?
After cutting the leaves out with the Autumn Accents die I sponged the edges with coordinating ink and then I ran them through the Big Shot again with the Woodgrain Embossing folder (I sure hope this carries over to next years catalog!).

Supplies
Stamp Sets:  Morning Post Alphabet, Everything Eleanor
Paper:  More Mustard, Tangerine Tango, Basic Black, Howlstooth & Scaringbone DSP
Ink:  Tangerine Tango, More Mustard
Punches:  1" Square, Postage Stamp, 2 3/8" Scallop
Extras:  Big Shot, Autumn Accents Die, Woodgrain Embossing folder, Glue Dots, Gumball Green
             Sweater Trim

Two Tags Box

Hello!  I've seen a quite a few of these cute boxes made with the Two Tags Die and thought they were so cute.  Of course, Dawn Olchefske has a great video on her blog showing us how to make it.  Thanks Dawn!  You can watch it here.
I love this Baja Breeze with snowflakes paper which is in the Snow Festival DSP pack that can be found in the Holiday Mini.  Boy, I was just thinking today that before I know it, this Mini will be gone.  It has been by far my favorite ever.
I used one of the snowmen from the Snow Much Fun stamp set to decorate the side.

Supplies
Stamp Set:  Snow Much Fun
Paper:  Baja Breeze, Whisper White, Snow Festival DSP
Ink:  Jet Black Stazon, Baja Breeze
Punches:  2 3/4 Scallop, 1 3/4 Circle, Modern Label

Autumn Sympathy

Hello, today's card is a sympathy card that I unfortunately had to make earlier this week.
I used Early Espresso Core'dinations Card Stock that I ran through my Big Shot with the Woodgrain embossing folder, and then sanded with the Stampin' Sanding Block, as the back ground layer for my leaves.

The edges of the leaves were sponged with coordinating ink.  I just love the Naturals Designer Buttons and thought it would be a nice addition.

Supplies
Stamp Set:  Love & Sympathy
Ink:  Early Espresso, More Mustard, Old Olive, Cajun Craze
Paper:  Very Vanilla, Early Espresso Core'dinations, More Mustard, Old Olive, Cajun Craze
Extras:  Big Shot, Woodgrain Embossing Folder, Autumn Accents Die, Linen Thread, Naturals
Button, Glue Dots, Stampin' Sanding Block

Another Winter Memories

Hello!  Can you believe that wasn't until recently that I  bought Elegant Eggplant card stock and the matching stamp pad?  Let me tell you I'm so glad I did...I love this color, it's so elegant!!  I especially like it on today's card!
I sponged the edge of the Whisper White card stock with Elegant Eggplant ink.  The image was stamped with Jet Black Stazon and then colored in with a blender pen dabbed onto my stamp pads.  The Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder is so pretty too.
It's hard to see, but I used a little Dazzling Details on the snow lines.
