Hello!  Today I have a little candy box that I made with the Two Tags die.
I really liked how this turned out and it is so easy to make.  I used the More Amore DSP to wrap around the box and the Hearts a Flutter stamp set and Framelits die to make the hearts.

This box holds four Ghiradelli Chocolate Squares.  I wrapped them in a strip of More Amore DSP too. What a cute little Valentine gift to give someone you love.

Paper:  Real Red, More Amore DSP
Ink:  Real Red
Extras:  Big Shot, Hearts a Flutter Framelits dies, Two Tags Bigz die, 1/8" Mini Brads

Calendar Pages

Hello!  Today I have my very last (December) calendar page.

I love this DSP so much that I really didn't want to cover it up, so I just used the Mixed Medley Hostess set to make the Merry Christmas.

Take care, and as always, thanks for stopping by!

Calendar Pages

Hi!  Today I have October's calendar page for you.  Only two more to go!  Boy, I am so glad I had all of these to post...I've had the flu and haven't been up to stamping for over a week.  Hoping that today I'll have enough energy to prep for my weekend stamp class and stamp some Valentine cards too!!
I love this page!  First of all this DSP print is my all time fall favorite, the colors are perfect and I really like plaids.  I like the way the Postage stamps overlap too.

Ink:  Pumpkin Pie, Basic Gray,
Markers:  Basic Gray & Black, More Mustard, Tangerine Tango

Happy Birthday Mom!

Hello!  Today is my Mom's Birthday, Happy Birthday Mom!  I must apologize for the photo, I was very sick with the flu and had trouble taking the pictures of the card and it didn't quite turn out as nice as I would have liked it.  Oh, well...
I used quite a lot of product from the new Spring Mini and Sale-A-Bration catalogs.  The right edge has been scored with the Simply Scored Borders Scoring Plate and underneath the Fabulous Florets stamped flower I used a Tea Lace Paper Doily.  I sponged the edges with Bashful Blue ink and the little label and the top flower are mounted with Dimensionals.

This closeup shows the new Pretty Petites stamp set and Petite Curly Label Punch from the Sale-A-Bration catalog.  That means that I got each of these items free with my qualifying order!  I love that!!!  It's hard to tell, but I dyed the Whisper White Baker's Twine Bashful Blue with a little ink and rubbing alcohol.  I never seem to have the right color ribbon and I really like that I can make my own.

Stamp Sets:  Fabulous Florets, Pretty Petites
Paper:  Whisper White, Bashful Blue, Wild Wasabi
Ink:  Bashful Blue, Wild Wasabi
Punch:  Petite Curly Label
Extras:  Simply Scored Scoring Tool, Borders Scoring Plate, Paper Doilies, Sponge, Dimensionals

Thanks a lot for stopping by today!  Stay warm, it's freezing here in Wisconsin!!!  Enjoy your day Mom!

Hi!  Here's July's page.  Since my birthday is in July I struggled with what colors to use...red, white and blue or my favorite...pink.  Pink won!!

Supplies
Paper:  Retired DSPl, Soft Suede, Whisper White, Basic Black
Punch:  Owl Builder

I used the Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder to emboss the So Saffron card stock on the left and the DSP on the right is from Tea for Two which is featured in the spring mini.

The Happy Birthday stamp is from the Blue Ribbon stamp set.  The ribbon is from the sale-a-bration Sycamore Street Ribbon & Button pack.

Ink:  Island Indigo, So Saffron, Lucky Limeade

Calendar Pages

Hi!  It's May already!
I just love the colors in the 2013 sale-a-bration Sycamore DSP.  I stamped one Tangerine Tango flower with the Mixed Bunch stamp set and then punched it out with my Blossom punch.  I stamped the center 3/4" circle with Island Indigo ink onto the same color paper.

Thanks for visiting today!

Calendar Pages

Hello!  Today's post is my April calendar page.

Another plain page, but I really like the pinwheel.  This is the back of March's page so it has the reverse of the Argyle Embossing Folder showing.  Now this sheet was longer than the embossing folder, so I just turned the paper around and matched up one row of embossing then ran it through again to get the little bit that didn't get done the first time.  Very easy to do and this way you can emboss a longer piece of paper!

Thanks for stopping by!

Calendar Pages

Hi!  Today I have my March page to show you.  This one is a little plain, but I just couldn't come up with what to add to it.

I used the Everybunny stamp set and colored the balloon with a blender pen dabbed onto my ink pads.
The Gumball Green background was embossed with the Big Shot using the Argyle folder.  I think I'll add a little shamrock in the upper right hand corner of the calendar, just thought of this now while I am posting!  Better late than never!

Thanks for stopping by today!

Calendar Pages

Hello!  In the 2012 Holiday Mini there was a Desktop Display Calendar Case (127033) and I thought I'd get it to replace my coaster calendar that I have sitting by my computer.  The clear case is very nice and fits pages measuring 4 1/4" x 7 1/4".  I printed little 3" x 4 1/4" calendars from my computer and mounted them onto DSP or card stock leaving a little room off to the side to decorate.  I ended up with 7 sheets (some of them I used both sides) and they all fit into the case.  With my embellishments I think it would be hard to squeeze in another page.  I'm very pleased (for the most part anyway) with how the calendar turned out and it was really fun to make!  Over the next couple of weeks I'll show a new page each day (with a couple of interruptions of family birthday cards).

Here's January:

I used the Snow Much Fun stamp set and Snow Festival DSP.

Here's the side view of the case with all of my pages in it.
Thanks for stopping by!  Tomorrow I'll post February's page.

First Edition Double Pocket Pouch

Hi!  Today I wanted to show you another Double Pocket Punch.  This time I used the First Edition Specialty Paper.  I originally posted this in October using Christmas paper, but these little candy/gift card holders can be used all year long.  This doesn't look like much in the photo, but this is really quite pretty in person.
I stamped one of the Everything Eleanor flowers onto Very Vanilla card stock and then cut it out with my Paper Snips and used a glue dot to attach it to the pouch.  I used my Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border punch for the trim piece.
The flower on the note card was stamped and then punched out with my 1 3/8" circle punch and mounted with a Dimensional.  I felt like the center of the flowers needed a little something, the pearl jewel fit the bill for me!

Supplies
Stamp Set:  Everything Eleanor
Paper:  Very Vanilla, First Edition Specialty DSP, Cherry Cobbler
Ink:  Cherry Cobbler
Punches:  Small Oval, Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border, 1 3/8" Circle
Extras:  Pearl Basic Jewels, Dimensionals

Henry Thank You

Hi!  I have another card made with Henry Says.  I guess I'm using this stamp set a lot because when I showed this card to my husband he said, "You sure like that elephant, don't you?"!!  Well, yes I do like him!  I've decided to space out my Henry postings though, just in case all of you don't like him as much as I do!  lol
Today I stamped Henry on Island Indigo so he'd coordinate with the Sycamore Street DSP (2013 sale-a-bration item).  I really, really love this paper...the colors are so cheery.
I stamped the thank you image on Whisper White card stock and then punched it out with the Ticket Duo Builder punch.  I punched it the first time lining the top up where I wanted it, then I attached the punched piece to a post note and re-punched it lining up the bottom.  I wanted the ticket to be shorter so it would fit inside the Large Oval punch so I could make a word bubble.  I'm pretty proud of this stamping...I inked one half of the stamp with my Island Indigo marker and stamped the thank you, then I inked up the rest with Tangerine Tango and stamped that part underneath free hand!  I love it when things come out right the first time!!

Supplies
Stamp Set:  Delightful Dozen
Paper:  Whisper White, Tangerine Tango, Sycamore Street DSP, Pool Party
Ink:  Basic Gray
Markers:  Island Indigo, Tangerine Tango
Punches:  Large Oval, Ticket Duo Builder
Extras:  Big Shot, Honeycomb Embossing Folder, Dimensionals

Hope you have a wonderful day!

Angry Birds Thank You

Hello!  I work with the sweetest little girl, who just so happens to love Angry Birds, so I just had to make her a spinning thank you card to play with.  I can't wait to see her face when I give it to her.
I used the Word Window punch to make the track that the bird spins in.  The bird is mounted onto a penny which is attached to another penny with two Dimensionals.

If I was really computer savvy I'd have a short video showing you all how this guy spins, but I'm not, so you'll have to settle for a photo!  Most of you have probably made spinning cards before, the idea has been around for years.

Supplies:
Stamp Set:  Wacky Wishes
Paper:  Gumball Green, Marina Mist, Crumb Cake, Real Red, Daffodil Delight, Basic Black, Whisper
             White
Punches:  1 3/8" Circle, Owl Builder, Boho Blossoms, 1" Square, Word Window

Thanks a lot for stopping by!

Love Banner

Hello!  For Christmas my husband gave me the Sizzix Typeset Alphabet and today's project was made using the dies. (I had been wanting this alphabet ever since I saw it, and after offering Kurt my demonstrator discount he readily agreed that they'd make a great gift!! lol I should also mention that my parents gave me money to purchase some of the other supplies as a Christmas gift too!  I really appreciate all of them supporting my hobby, in more ways than one!!!)
I love the love the look of this alphabet!!  The hearts are cut from one of the laser-cut sheets in the More Amore Specialty Designer Series Paper pack.

The smaller heart was stamped with the Hearts a Flutter stamp set and cut using the matching Hearts a Flutter Framelits Die.  I added a Vintage Faceted Designer Button with a piece of White Baker's Twine dyed with Real Red ink.

I used Real Red stamped onto Pool Party for this small heart and attached a little piece of Pool Party Ribbon (featured in the upcoming 2013 sale-a-bration flyer) with a glue dot.
The small heart, also stamped with the Hearts a Flutter stamp set, has a Pool Party button (from 2013 sale-a-bration) that I tied with a piece of White Baker's Twine dyed with Primrose Petals ink.
This smaller heart and all of the letters were cut out of the More Amore DSP.  The hearts are attached to some retired Natural Cotton Ribbon with glue dots.  I added a strip of Primrose Petals Stitched Satin Ribbon for some color and also to hold the cotton ribbon onto the ring for hanging.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.

Hearts a Flutter Valentine

Hello!  Today I have added a link to the new Stampin' Up! 2013 Spring Catalog on my sidebar to the right.  I love absolutely everything in this catalog!!  Since I am a demonstrator I was able to pre-order these items in December and I have been having fun using them...although I placed a pretty big order, I did not get everything, and of course I already have another wish list going!!  What can I say, I am a Stampin' Up! addict!!!
Here's a Valentine card I made with the Hearts a Flutter stamp set and Framelits Dies.  The cute ticket was stamped with the That's the Ticket and punched out with the Ticket Duo Builder.  The Paper Doilies come in a pack of 24 for only $2.95.

The thin strip of Melon Mambo card stock was scored using the new Simply Scored Borders Scoring Plate.  What a great tool!  It's quick and easy to work with and is a great way to add a little dimension to your projects.

Supplies
Stamp Sets:  Hearts a Flutter, That's the Ticket
Paper:  Melon Mambo, Whisper White
Ink:  Melon Mambo
Punch:  Ticket Duo Builder
Extras:  Simply Scored Scoring Tool, Borders Scoring Plate, Big Shot, Hearts a Flutter Framelits Dies,
             Paper Doilies

Thanks so much for stopping by, I hope you enjoy the new Mini!  When you're ready to place an order just click on the Shop Now button and it will take you to my online store.

Hello!  I thought I'd start the New Year by showing you another new product from the Spring Mini catalog.  The catalog runs from January 3, 2013-May 31, 2013 and I must say it has a ton of really cool stuff in it.
The stamp set I used is Everything Eleanor, but the Tea For Two DSP is new and of course you'll recognize the Honeycomb Embossing Folder.  I love this sweet paper, the colors are soft and calming.
I stamped the image onto Very Vanilla card stock and then cut out the flowers.
Supplies
Stamp Set:  Everything Eleanor
Paper:  Very Vanilla, Tea For Two DSP
Ink:  So Saffron, Pretty in Pink, Lucky Limeade
Punch: 2 3/8" Scallop Circle
Extras:  Big Shot, Honeycomb Embossing Folder

Thank you so much for stopping by today and I wish you a Happy New Year!

Lovely Happy Birthday

Hello! I've been wanting to make a card like this for a long time now. Not sure what took me so long, but I'm glad I finally made it...
