Hello!  The above photo was this weeks inspiration for our Thursday Challenge and here's my card...
I haven't made one of these "quilt" cards in awhile and knew as soon as I saw the picture that I had to make one using the same beautiful colors.  Can't you just picture this quilt hanging on a clothes line on a warm summer day with butterflies fluttering by it?
The little images from the Hello Lovely stamp set were the perfect size to fit into my 1" squares.  I punched two of each of the butterflies and curled up the edges of the stamped ones before mounting them onto the bases with Dimensionals.

Check out the other DOstamperSTARS participating in todays challenge:
Stamp Set:  Hello Lovely, Papillon Potpourri
Ink:  Pool Party, Bermuda Bay, Tangerine Tango, Summer Starfruit
Paper:  Whisper White, Pool Party, Bermuda Bay, Tangerine Tango, Summer Starfruit
Punches:  1" Square, Bitty Butterfly, Elegant Butterfly
Big Shot:  Square Lattice Embossing Folder

Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by!

  1. Great card Connie. I had this stamp set out and was thinking about using it but then went with the hexagons instead. Summer Starfruit is the perfect yellow.

  2. Great quilt card. Love your take on this weeks DOstamperSTARS Thursday Challenge. Thanks for playing along!
