Hi!  Here's my color challenge project...
I made these treat bags for my son to take to his friends at college.  I figured no one is too old for a few candy bars, right?  I didn't really put too much effort into them because like my son said, "You know they're just going to throw them out right?"  lol  The girls got the September Paper Pumpkin bags (see post below) because they save the stuff I make them.  :)
I used the Fall Fest stamp set to make the pumpkins, the Holiday Home to stamp the words, and the bats were in the stamp set that came with the September Paper Pumpkin.

Here are the links to my fellow DOstamperSTARS blogs, check out what they've been up to:

Supplies
Stamp Sets:  Fall Fest, Holiday Home
Paper:  Basic Black, Bermuda Bay, Whisper White
Ink:  Jet Black Stazon, Bermuda Bay, Tangerine Tango, Garden Green
Punch:  Word Window
Big Shot:  Banner Framelits, Fun Fall Framelits
Extras:  Handheld Stapler, 4 x 6 Cellophane Bags

Hello!  Just a quick post to share another treat bag that I made with the September Paper Pumpkin kit.
Thanks for stopping by and have a spooky day!

Hi!  I have been wanting to stamp something to put into a shadow box for a long time and finally I got around to making one for a niece who's expecting soon.
The elephant is from the the Zoo Babies stamp set.  I stamped each twice so I could cut out the ear on one to glue onto the other one so it looks like they are waving their ears.  I used pearls for the eyes and colored them with a black sharpie.  I know I say this all the time, but this really does look better in person!  lol
Here's the matching card I made to go with it.

Supplies
Stamp Sets:  Zoo Babies, Label Love
Ink:  Basic Gray, Smoky Slate, Night of Navy, Soft Sky
Paper:  Basic Gray, Smoky Slate, Night of Navy, Soft Sky, Whisper White
Punch:  Artisan Label
Extras:  Pearl Basic Jewels, Dimensionals

Hello!  For today's challenge I really wanted to make a card with some pretty leaves on it, but I really needed a birthday card, so this is what I made instead.
The colors I used were Mossy Meadow, Hello Honey and Cajun Craze, yes, I know it doesn't look like it, but it really is Cajun Craze!  The cherry on top is Cherry Cobbler so if you look close at that and the frosting you can see a difference! lol

Go check out what my fellow STARS have made for today:

Supplies
Stamp Sets:  Age Awareness, Cupcake Party
Paper:  Whisper White, Mossy Meadow, Hello Honey, Cajun Craze
Ink:  Cherry Cobbler, Cajun Craze, Hello Honey
Big Shot:  Banners Framelits, Decorative Dots
Punch:  Cupcake Builder

Thanks for stopping by!!

Another Holiday Home Card

Hello!  Here's another Christmas card I made using the Holiday Home stamp set...
These colors are way different than what I would normally use for a Christmas card, but I really like the way it turned out.  As you can see I added a little sparkle by using strip of Silver Glimmer paper along the bottom.

Supplies
Stamp Set:  Holiday Home
Paper:  Crumb Cake, Early Espresso, Trim the Tree DSP
Ink:  White, Early Espresso, Garden Green
Big Shot:  Homemade Holiday & Banner Framelits
Punch:  Word Window
Extra:  White Embossing Powder, Heat Tool

Thanks for stopping by.  I hope to have a few fall projects to share over the next week!

Hi!  I'm starting to panic about my Christmas cards, I only have 13 done!  Yikes.  So, for this weeks challenge I made a couple more.  Even though I used the same sketch they both are so very different. I know I should be sharing fall projects, but what can I say...
These colors are not what I would normally choose for a Christmas card, but I love this Trim the Tree DSP stack.  The house was colored with my Crisp Cantaloupe and Pistachio Pudding Stampin' Write markers, and the roof was colored with lightest Smoky Slate Blendabilities marker (love these).  I added a strip of Silver Glimmer Paper for a little "bling".
Same paper stack, different patterns.  I stamped the cardinal from the Beauty of the Season stamp set and then cut it out using the Stars Framelits and the Big Shot.  It's hard to tell, but the edges of the Whisper White star were sponged with Crumb Cake ink. This card is so much prettier in person and I love the colors.

The STARS have really been creating some fabulous cards lately...hope you have time to check out what they made this week:

Supplies
Stamp Sets:  Beauty of the Season,  Holiday Home
Paper:  Whisper White, Trim the Tree Designer Series Paper Stack, Pistachio Pudding, Early Espresso,
Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive, Silver Glimmer
Ink:  Tuxedo Black Momento, Crumb Cake, Basic Gray, Cherry Cobbler & Smoky Slate
Blendabilities,  Pistachio Pudding & Crisp Cantaloupe Stampin' Write
Big Shot:  Stars Framelits
Extra:  Linen Thread

Thank you so much for stopping by!

Eclectic Cupcake

Hello!  Today I am sharing a birthday card I made for my dear friend, Kathy.  Happy Birthday Kathy!
I used the Kinda Eclectic and Age Awareness stamp sets.  I love making fall birthday cards with the 2014-2016 In Colors, and yet I couldn't resist teasing her a bit about her age!  Everyone needs a little cake too, right?  lol

Supplies
Stamp Sets:  Age Awareness, Kinda Eclectic
Ink:  Blackberry Bliss, Hello Honey, Lost Lagoon, Mossy Meadow, Tangelo Twist
Paper:  Very Vanilla, Hello Honey, Tangelo Twist, Blackberry Bliss
Punches:  Cupcake Builder, 1" Square (to cut the banner ends)

Thanks for stopping by!

Hooray!

I'm so excited...I have over 100,000 page views on my blog!  I thank you all who have taken the time to visit and helped me to achieve this goal.  To some it's not much at all, but it means the world to me.

Now, onto my card for the day...one of my fellow STARS, Miriam Bollinger, inspired me to make these two cards - check out her cool video
I used the Circle Framelits to make both of these.  Loving the Trim The Tree DSP!
I used one of the Cherry Cobbler Blendabilities to color the house and an Old Olive one to color the door.  The other parts were colored with my Stampin' Write markers.  The Blendabilities are so awesome that I just ordered a few more colors.

Supplies
Stamp Set:  Holiday Home
Paper:  Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White, Trim The Tree DSP
Ink:  Cherry Cobbler, Garden Green, Tuxedo Black Memento
Markers:  Daffodil Delight, Basic Gray
Blendabilities:  Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive
Punches:  Scalloped Tag Topper, Modern Label
Big Shot:  Circle Framelits
Extra:  Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine

Once again, thank you so very much for stopping by!!!!

Hi!  Don't you just love today's challenge photo?  Here's what I made...

Do you recognize that striped layer?  I had a left over piece from my September Paper Pumpkin kit and thought I'd use it, along with one of the stamps, for this card.  The ghost and pumpkins were cut out using my Big Shot and the Fun Fall Framelits.  It's hard to tell, but the card base is Blackberry Bliss and the pumpkins were stamped with Tangelo Twist.

My fellow stars have some spooktacular cards for us today, float on over and visit:

Supplies:
Stamp Set:  Fall Fest
Ink: Tangelo Twist, Basic Black, Hello Honey (marker)
Paper:  Blackberry Bliss, Whisper White
Big Shot:  Fun Fall Framelits
