One More Paper Pumpkin Project for November Kit

Hello!  Just wanted to show you one more project I made using two cards from the November Paper Pumpkin kit.
Here's the view from the top.
Two of the sides feature the gift tag from the kit.
The other two sides look like this.  I made a snowman using circle punches for the right panel, the left using the stamps from the kit.  This was fun to make and looked nice sitting on my dinette table.

That's all for today, thanks for stopping by!

Beauty of the Season

Hello!  This is the card we made for my Mom to send to family and friends.  Personally, I don't think this picture does the card justice, I thought they turned out lovely.  The bird and branch are colored in with Blendabilities markers and the edges of the Crumb Cake and Whisper White layers were sponged to give them a softer look.
Before we make my her cards I made up some samples for her to choose from, this one didn't make the cut. :)  It was pretty too though.  On both cards the little berries were filled in with Cherry Cobbler Dazzling Details to add a little sparkle!

Supplies
Stamp Set:  Beauty of the Season (2014 Holiday Mini)
Paper:  Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White, Crumb Cake (top card), Garden Green (bottom card)
Ink:  Jet Black Stazon, Crumb Cake
Blendabilities:  Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake
Big Shot (bottom card only): Deco Labels Collection Framelits

Snowflake Wreath

I was pretty excited how this wreath came together.
This was made using many products from the 2013 Holiday catalog, so many are not available anymore.  However, this could be made using any shape. I started by making my own cardboard base, which I covered in DSP, and then cut many different sized snowflakes that I attached with either Multipurpose Liquid glue or Dimensionals.
Here's a close up of one of the snowflakes, I added a rhinestone to the center for a little sparkle.
The center snowflake is my favorite part, I glued three together to make it 3D, then mounted it onto a slightly larger one and attached it with ribbon so it hangs in the center of the wreath.

Another November Paper Pumpkin Post

Here's the outside of card sample that was featured in the kit.
Here's my version of the inside.
I thought it was cool that I was able to use the punched out letters from the gift tags to spell out my niece's name on outside of her card.
That's it for today, thanks for stopping by!

Snowman Shadow Box

Hello!  Today I am sharing my snowman shadow box.  I've seen so many beautiful Christmas ones out there and I was torn on whether to make one in red and green or one like this...
Since I love snowmen this one won.  I wish I would have remembered to take a photo before I put it in the frame, but I didn't so there's some glare.  The center box says "snow".  Not feeling up to writing any more today, my recovery is going well, but it's nap time!

DSC#110

Hi!  I love these colors and for today's challenge I really wanted to get out my Holiday Home stamp set, but one of my nieces has a birthday coming up and I really needed a card for her.  Since her name is Holly, I try to make a card with that theme, this is what I made...
Dawn Olchefske taught me a cool trick on how to make the holly.  Start by cutting a piece of paper using the Extra-Large Oval Punch and then take the 3/4" circle punch and cut out little bites all around the oval.  It was quick and easy - my kind of crafting!  The strip along the bottom is silver washi tape from my November Paper Pumpkin kit.  The card is really shinny and pretty, I wish I could have gotten a better photograph for you to see.

Go check out my fellow STARS:

Supplies
Stamp Set:  Label Love
Ink:  Silver
Paper:  Whisper White, Silver & Gold Glimmer
Punches:  Artisan Label, 3/4" Circle, Extra-Large Oval, 1/4" Circle
Extras:  Dimensionals
Thanks for taking the time to stop by!
