March Paper Pumpkin

Hello!  A super quick post this morning showing two of the cards I made using my March Paper Pumpkin kit.  Wasn't sure I liked this kit, but these cards are super cute if I say so myself! LOL
The only thing I added that was not in the kit was the thin piece of Pool Party card stock at the top of the white piece.  I thought it added a little something extra.

Hello!  It's another Sketch Pad today.  I made this card at 5:30 this morning without my glasses on or the sketch in front of didn't turn out too bad!  I've been so sick with a cold/sinus infection that I just couldn't stamp and wasn't going to join the challenge today, but when I woke up this morning I thought get up and do it!!  lol  It's not perfect so I'll have to mail it to someone who needs new glasses!

I love the new Easter stamp set "For Peeps' Sake" and cannot wait to play around with it a little more.

Hop on over to my fellow STARS blogs and see what they did with this sketch:

Hello!  It's another color challenge week.  I must admit, this was a hard one for me.  Not sure why, but I do like the card! LOL  Anyway, here it is...
The Blackberry Bliss flower was stamped directly on the Whisper White layer.  The two Scallop Circle flowers were stamp on a separate piece, punched out with the 1 3/4" Scallop Circle punch and glued on.  Love, love, love the "hello"!

I cannot wait to see what my fellow stampers have done with this color combo!  Check them out:

Ink:  Blackberry Bliss, Rich Razzleberry
Punches:  1 3/4" Scallop Circle, 1/4"Circle

Happy Birthday Kyle!

Hello!  Today I am sharing the birthday card I made for my son's 21st birthday and the little treat bags that I made for his friends.
I used one of the cards from the February Paper Pumpkin kit along with several stamps sets to make him a card with 21 candles on it.
Here's the envelope/box that comes in the kit to hold the card.  I used the stamp Balloon Bash stamp set to decorate it.
Here are the Mini Treat bags.  I ended up keeping them pretty simple since I have been sick all week with a cold.

Another Butterfly Basics Birthday

Hello!  I used my Butterfly Basics stamp set once again to make another birthday card.  This one was  for my niece Casey.
Boy, it sure doesn't look like it, but the card base is Calypso Coral.  I stamped the fern twice and then cut out the flower and mounted it with Dimensionals on top of it.  The flower was colored in using Blendabilities.  This card looked much prettier in person...I know, I always say that, but I mean it this time! LOL

Stamp Set:  Butterfly Basics
Paper:  Calypso Coral, Wild Wasabi, Whisper White
Ink:  Calypso Coral, Wild Wasabi, Soft Sky
